BOOKING PROCEDURE
We request that all reservations are confirmed with a £20 (non-
refundable) deposit per person payable by debit/credit card.

We recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover you for
cancellation caused by unforseen circumstances. and would
respectfully
remind guests that a reservation consitutes a contract.
Internet Access
Free wireless broadband internet access is available.
REGISTRATION
On arrival your room will be available from 2.00 p.m. We would ask that you vacate your room by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by cash, debit or credit card.
SMOKING
We would advise that after 2nd April 2007 it is the law in Wales that smoking is not allowed in public rooms (punishable by a fine of £2,500 against the owners of the building). We therefore have a strict no smoking policy throughout the hotel.
We reserve the right to impose a cleaning charge up to £50 per room to remove tobacco smells. Smoking in the hotel grounds and car park is permitted, but would ask that you have consideration for any guests with
open bedroom windows.
SHOE CLEANING AND IRONING
An iron and board is available for your use upon request and Shoe cleaning facilities are situated on the first floor landing
